About Kim Cooper

Kim Cooper is the Sales and Marketing Manager of Snapes Project Logistics. She has a Degree in Marketing and over 15 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics. Throughout her career, she has led sales, administrative and operational teams while managing multi-million dollar portfolios and key accounts. For over 17 years, Kim has experienced and worked through market withdrawals, administrations, company acquisitions, mergers and expansions. For various organisations, she has spearheaded major company projects and worked with high level teams on developments including takeovers, restructures, software and system implementations, culture change and continuous improvement initiatives. Kim believes in the importance of corporate responsibility; for businesses (and individuals) to actively participate in their community. She is currently on the Brimbank City Council's community consultation committee, involved in key research activities related to council and community planning reviews.
