Hundreds of Ideas in One Show – Brisbane

It is ready-set-go for The Brisbane Home Show from the 28th to the 30th of August 2015 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hosted by HIA, Courier Mail and the Sunday Mail, the show aims to showcase hundreds of ways to build and renovate the interior of a building, be it a house or an office. With hundreds of exhibitors lined up this year, the show is pegged to be the largest and most successful exhibit for interior home improvement.

Exhibitors have a chance to showcase either their products or their ideas, and visitors have the opportunity to view and appreciate thousands of items that will look good in their homes or offices while also enriching themselves of ideas on how best to design their spaces.

Over 370 exhibitors are expected to participate in the three-day activity. The show is an opportunity for any company to showcase their brand as well as garner international exposure.

Green option

There will be a number of green furniture and appliances on exhibit that are economically practical. Power consumption is a long-term expense, cutting out the daily cost could mean a lifetime of savings. Another trend in interior design is solar design. Some exhibitors will present to homeowners on how to design their house to let either solar heat in or to minimise the impact of winter through insulation or a double-glazing technique.

Renovate

Visitors can gain inspiration by just looking at some of the exhibits, or connect with companies that renovate spaces. The show will also host a LifeStyle Home seminar series through Foxtel where experts share ways to improve the home, discuss the latest trends, and coach the audience on some do-it-yourself must-haves.

Build

For larger projects, the show will also feature interesting concepts in building new structures. Builders and contractors can share expert advice while some companies will exhibit how to build ergonomical structures.
